Question 1

Is Swaybell accepting new customers?

Accepted Answer

No. Swaybell is closed to new customers. Its lead-recovery service is no longer operating, and no trial, demo, booking or new-service enquiry is available.

Question 2

What did the former lead-recovery offer describe?

Accepted Answer

The historical offer said: “We make sure every missed call and website enquiry gets followed up instantly, so you book more customers without hiring another receptionist.” It described capturing missed calls, instant SMS follow-ups, turning web form leads into chat/SMS conversations, booking reminders, a simple CRM, review requests after the job and showing owners leads saved from being lost. This is a historical description, not a current service.

Question 3

Can I buy one of the former plans?

Accepted Answer

No. The original proposed prices were £250–£500 per business/month plus £300–£1,000 setup. The Recovery, Growth and Done-for-you tiers and their add-ons are unavailable and cannot be purchased.

Question 4

Were the scale examples achieved results?

Accepted Answer

No. The customer-count and annual-revenue figures were approximate hypothetical arithmetic illustrations only. They are not achieved results, customer counts, revenue history, a forecast or evidence of performance.

Question 5

Can existing customers still access their account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Existing customers can still sign in to the protected Swaybell workspace. New account registration is closed.
